"Putting children at the center of their learning."

It's Spring!
Teaching in spring, the last fourth of the school year, can be a challenge. There's still 25% of the year left to make a big difference, but we may be getting weary of our routine.
This newsletter offers some food for thought about classroom communication and teaching. We also share some tried-and-true classic tales that students will love at the end of the school year. Mac Barnett's new publications of classic stories might be our favorites.
Here's to a productive and engaging last few weeks of school! As always, we'd love to hear your comments. (Dana and I have been extra busy, so we are combining March and April this time.)
